When Chuck was a little boy his family in Italy owned their own pizza parlor called Pizza Alla Pala. In Sicily, Italy, his family's pizzeria was very popular, the ingredients used are the same as they use at Chuck's Pizza. Their recipes handed down through each generation are used to make the pizzas we love! From age six up to 18, Chuck has been helping his family make pizza from scratch at the restaurant in Sicily, Italy. He then decided it was time for him to open up his own restaurant but in America.
Today Chuck's Pizza Parlor has become quite successful here in Iowa! Everyone who has tried his pizza will tell you that it is fresh, tasty, and out of this world! His small business consists of three chef's and one delievery gal! The people he works with also came with him from his home town Sicily, Italy. They all grew up together and have been best friends since elementry school. Together they came up with the idea that they should move to America and start their own Pizza Parlor where they can show the people what a real good pizza is made of!
